Our Juneteenth 2026 celebration bringing together music, culture, food, and Black-owned businesses for a joyful community experience. Featuring DJs, live performances, vendors, food & beverage, art activations, games, and good vibes — it’s the Black family reunion you don’t want to miss.

Kinfolk Fest is San Diego's largest Juneteenth celebration — and it takes a village to pull it off. For Juneteenth 2025 volunteers supported over 1,000 guests. We're looking for volunteers who are ready to be part of something special. From music to culture, food to Black-owned businesses, this is the Black family reunion you don't want to miss — and we want you on the inside of it.

  • No outside food or drinks allowed?

  • Nearby parking lots are available.

  • All tickets are nonrefundable

  • Juneteenth is an annual federal holiday on June 19 that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States. It marks the day in 1865 when federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, to ensure all enslaved people were freed, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation
